Have you ever had something
catch your attention to the point where you had no choice but to look?
Pre-sold Contracts is a
little known strategy that allows participation in one of the least risky
income streams possible. Imagine investing in a transaction where before you
invest a dollar you already have an agreed upon purchase price from a buyer. This
transaction is further backed up by a negotiated and signed contract
whereas the buyer has submitted a down payment, usually in the
neighborhood of 50% of the contract purchase price.
Since most people are not
familiar with this strategy even though it has been actively done for decades,
there is a brief video explaining what and how this works. The video is about
12 minutes long. “Why should I want to take 12 minutes out of my busy
schedule to watch this?” you might ask?
Here are some reasons that
might justify your giving this your attention:

Just for clarity and for
example, $10,000.00 in the presold contract that had its payout May 4th
resulted in a $700.00 profit. That is, $10,000.00 turned into $10,700.00 in 23
days. Also, while the contract was targeted (projected) to last 15-21 days, in
some cases it took a day or two extra to complete for payout, while in others,
it completed in minimum time- the 15 days minimum time frame projected.
The above list is partial,
but reflects quite specifically the range and time of return for all contracts
of that period. All returned with at least 7% and all took from 15-23 days
from closing to payout.
There is a lot more to the
story, but if your curiosity is engaged, then your next question must be,
“Great returns- so what’s the risk?”
The short answer is:
Minimal.
Of course, you will do your
own due diligence as all do. This is for accredited investors, so it is not
just for anyone or everyone.
The SEC receives from the
company and posts on the SEC’s own government website all Presold Contracts.
The Secretaries of State of every state that has an investor in a particular
presold contract is also notified of the contract. Full compliance and
observance is made to all State and Federal Laws. There are many other actions
being taken and made to insure that transparency and safety to and for the
investor are secured and insured.
